1. Product Nature

Vanatheeram sells natural, organic products. Since our honey and spices are unprocessed, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur between batches. This is a sign of purity, not a defect.

2. Crystallization

Pure raw honey may crystallize (turn solid) in cold weather. This is a natural process. To liquefy, simply place the jar in warm water/sunlight. Crystallization is not a ground for return.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product arrived damaged or expired. Please contact us for any quality concerns.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from purchases on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wayanad, Kerala.
